COD MW2 Tips

This is the biggest mistake I see. A person respawns and takes off. Before you move, you should survey your surroundings. Get your bearings first and then proceed. Don't feed the other team kills.

You would be shocked to know the amount of people that Aim Down the Sight (ADS) when they are 10 feet away from you. If you are not playing hardcore, you have a huge cursor on the screen. Use this; I would be foolish not too. To use the cursor is pretty intuitive. Put cursor on enemy and press the fire button. A very simple concept, but I see a lot of people not using it.

The easiest way to rack up kills is to shoot people in the head. Most shots to the dome are one shot kills. Also, you won't run into people that are in last or final standing. Nothing is worst than killing a guy but he pulls out a pistol and kills you.

Your teammate went around the corner and died.  If the person that killed him used an assault rifle or sub machine gun, chances are they are reloading.  This is the perfect opportunity to pop around the corner and take them out.  I like to call these reload kills.  These are very fustrating when it happens to you.  Try to get people off there game with this one.

Most people come back to the same spot they were killed and because of this you have an advantage.  There is a good chance the player you killed will come back and you probably have a good idea where he/she is coming from.  Don't be this guy.  You are just kill feeding the other team.

You would not be how many people have their killstreaks setup for a chopper gunner. It's funny because I see many one chopper gunner the whole match. Instead of trying to get lucky and mow people down with the chopper gunner, try the UAV or Counter-UAV. Most player rely heavily on radar. If you either boost your team's radar or disables the other team's radar, you are giving your team a huge edge.

Sometimes the only thing you can do is this.  I cannot remember where I read this but getting frustrated impairs your judgment and makes you play worse.  So keep a level head at all times.  I will take a couple of breathes when I know I was robbed of a kill or something else didn't go my way.

 For each weapon you use understand the pros and cons of it.  The best way to become effective in combat is to understand your equipment.  This may seem trivial but most of the good players understand what works and doesn't with their weapon of choice.
